• Candidates must have passed at least 12th grade / 2nd PUC or currently be pursuing or have completed a degree.

• Candidates can register for the scholarship test by visiting the center or by filling out the registration form on the website.
• All necessary documents must be submitted at the time of registration.
• The scholarship test registration fee is ₹100 and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Candidates can take the scholarship test only once per year.
• Ranks will be determined based on the candidates’ scores in the scholarship test.
• If multiple candidates achieve full marks or identical scores, resulting in overlapping ranks, an interview round will be conducted to finalize the ranking. The interview will assess candidates on various parameters such as knowledge, communication skills, and suitability for the course.

• Scholarships are awarded based on test performance.
• The top 15 candidates will receive a 100% scholarship.
• The next 15 candidates (Rank 16-30) will receive a 50% scholarship.
• The next 20 candidates (Rank 31-50) will receive a 25% scholarship.
• All other candidates will receive courses with affordable fees.
• Candidates who are eligible for scholarships can avail of it for any one course only.

• A course will only commence if a minimum of 15 students have enrolled.
• If a course does not meet this minimum enrollment requirement, candidates will be informed and given the following options:
  • Option 1:Wait until the required number of registrations is met. The scholarship will remain valid for the first batch of that course that starts after the test. The candidate must join this first available batch to retain their scholarship. If the candidate fails to join this batch, their scholarship eligibility will be null and void.
  • Option 2:Enroll in another course that is commencing and has met the minimum enrollment requirement. The scholarship can be transferred to this new course, provided the candidate meets the eligibility criteria for the alternative course.

• Scholarships are valid for 3 months from the date of the result.
• The start date of the courses will be communicated to the scholarship recipients.

Course Fees:

• Non-Refundable:Once the course has commenced, all fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to the student’s decision not to attend classes, loss of interest in the course, or inability to continue the course for personal reasons.

Course Transfer Option:

• Transfer to Another Course:If a student wishes to change their course after it has commenced, they may request to transfer to another ongoing course offered by the academy, subject to availability and eligibility. The transfer request must be made in writing and is subject to approval by the academy.
• Transfer Fees:A nominal administrative fee may be charged for processing the course transfer request. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid at the time of the request.

Medical and Exceptional Circumstances:

• Deferment for Medical Reasons:In the event of a serious medical condition or accident that prevents a student from attending classes, the student may request to defer their course. The deferment request must be supported by valid medical documentation and is subject to approval by the academy.
• Resumption of Course:Once the student is medically cleared to continue, they may resume the course in the next available batch. The student must notify the academy of their intention to resume the course within a specified period, as agreed upon with the academy.
• No Refund:Even in the case of deferment due to medical reasons, no refund of the course fees will be provided. However, the student will be allowed to complete the course at a later date without additional tuition fees.

Course Cancellation by the Academy:

• Full Refund:In the rare event that a course is canceled by the academy due to insufficient enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the course fees will be provided to the students.
• Alternative Options:Alternatively, students may opt to transfer to another course offered by the academy, subject to availability. If the student chooses this option, the course fees will be transferred to the new course, and no refund will be issued.

• Scholarship recipients must maintain a minimum attendance of 75% to retain their scholarship.
• Recipients are expected to adhere to the academy’s code of conduct and behavioral expectations.

• The academy reserves the right to revoke the scholarship in case of misconduct, failure to meet academic requirements, or failure to meet attendance requirements.
• In such cases, the candidate may be required to pay the full course fees.

• Candidates must arrive at the test center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.
• Latecomers may not be allowed to take the test.
• Electronic devices, including mobile phones, calculators, and smartwatches, are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
• Any form of cheating, malpractice, or misconduct during the test will result in immediate disqualification.

• Test results will be announced within 15 days from the test date.
• Results will be communicated via email, SMS, and the official website.
• The decision of the academy regarding the scholarship results will be final and binding.

• Scholarship recipients must confirm their acceptance of the scholarship within 7 days of the result announcement.
• Failure to confirm acceptance within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the scholarship.

• Candidates awarded partial scholarships must pay the remaining course fees within 15 days of accepting the scholarship.
• Non-payment of fees within the stipulated time may lead to cancellation of the scholarship and seat allotment.

• If a scholarship recipient wishes to withdraw from the course after commencement, they must inform the academy in writing.
• Withdrawal after the course has started will result in the loss of the scholarship, and the candidate may be liable to pay a portion of the course fees, depending on the academy’s refund policy.

• Scholarship recipients are expected to complete the course within the prescribed duration.
• Extensions beyond the course duration are not covered under the scholarship and may require additional fees.

• Scholarship recipients are eligible for placement assistance provided by the academy upon successful completion of their course.
• Placement assistance does not guarantee a job but provides support in finding suitable employment opportunities.

• Scholarship recipients are required to participate in regular evaluations and provide feedback on their learning experience.
• Continuous assessment will be conducted to monitor progress and ensure recipients meet the academic standards.

• Any course materials, projects, or assignments produced by scholarship recipients during their course are the intellectual property of the academy and may be used for educational or promotional purposes.

• The academy is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the scholarship test or course duration.
• The academy is not liable for any personal injury or health issues arising during the course period.

• Candidates’ personal information will be used for administrative and educational purposes only.
• The academy will protect candidates’ personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

• The academy reserves the right to postpone or cancel the scholarship test or course commencement due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or any other events beyond the academy’s control.

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shivamogga, Karnataka.

• The academy reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Any disputes arising from the scholarship test or related matters will be resolved at the discretion of the academy.
